Once we receive the form we will confirm it to the student. Afterwards we will inform you about the payments of the preregistration for the annual course (545€ VAT included). Those residents wo sign up for Àgora BCN for the first time will get the place confirmation from the 17th of May.

Unusually for the students who do not pass the exam to the University or are not allowed in any of the universities the applied for in Barcelona, this amount will be returned.

In case that the resident, once the preregistration payment and the total balance is made, decides to leave voluntarily, the residence will not return the amount back to the resident. If the resident decides to leave the residence at half months, the whole month will be charged.

Bank transfer procedures:

• The transfer will be asked to be settled within the next 5 working days after getting the confirmation. In case we do not receive the payment required within this period, the room will be available for another student.
• Make the payment with your personal details: name and surname and the reference: "preregistration annual course 10-11".
• After this payment, you will be obtained a preregistration number. The confirmation of places for course 2010/11 will be following preregistration order and reservation payment
