Bachelor's degree Final Project (DFP)

The Bachelor's Degree Final Project is the culmination of the learning of the studies taken where the skills acquired are reflected, as well as their application and development. This is a research or application paper where students, according to their professional interests and motivations, delve into some aspect of the chosen specialization.

A DFP ADAPTED TO THE MOTIVATIONS OF THE STUDENT

Seminar / Workshop: Students develop their work starting from their participation in a research group within the centre ,with direct mentoring of a professor member of the team. Students can also participate in inter-university groups where students from different countries together produce a research paper.

In companies, organizations or institutions (national or international): Students can orient their BDFP towards applied research or the development of a project in companies, institutions or nongovernmental organizations (locally and internationally ) or can make an innovative and entrepreneurial project, thanks to the agreements that the School has arranged with universities, companies and organizations nationally and internationally.

PARTICIPATION IN SOLIDARITY PROJECTS

The CETT Group is committed to the sustainable development of tourism. During the completion of the Bachelor's Degree, students have the opportunity to participate and collaborate on projects with this purpose,  internationally, as well. This participation can be made in the context of the Practicum subject or of the Degree's Final Project

INTERNATIONAL TRAINING

UB and UPC have a long tradition of relationship and co -operation with foreign universities. Besides, the classroom becomes a meeting point for international students, which enriches the cultural and social aspects of university life.

Seniors students have the opportunity to participate in international exchange programs and study in a foreign university during academic periods. The Erasmus Programme has the highest participation rates of students, but there are also general and specific agreements with similar conditions which allow exchanges with universities in Europe and other continents. Moreover, students can be placed in internships abroad, an experience that allows them to develop language skills and adapt to multicultural environments, expand professional knowledge and personal growth, and last but not least, add value to their curriculum.
