Objectives

Providing students with knowledge and skills to be able to:

      Highlight the value of gastronomy resources to create and develop tourism promotion and management projects.

      Understand the phenomena related to gastronomy from the geographic, historical, anthropological, sociological, and economic perspectives, and interpret them in their more global dimension.

      Develop analysis and research projects in the field of gastronomic heritage in order to generate specialized knowledge and transfer it to society.

 

      Familiarize students with knowledge of the scientific method so they can correctly apply research tools.
