 This program has been designed for the students of Business Administration degree who have a special interest in one of the most dynamically developing industries – restaurant and gastronomy – related business. The centre of the program is gastronomy: its terminology, geographic division, history and trends. The aim of the program is to illustrate that gastronomy can give raise to a variety of business models and therefore provides infinite opportunities for the entrepreneurs around the globe. Apart from the theory classes in marketing and strategic management, all participants are encouraged to try different techniques of cooking and food processing themselves in our state-of-the-art classrooms.
