Methodology and Assessment

The learning model is designed to allow the participant to acquire the competencies and aptitudes upon which the program’s structure and content is based.

Continuous involvement of the students in the classes and constant incentive development through reflection and case studies provides participants with the skills necessary for a successful career in this field.

The Master’s program is set in different thematic modules, developed by means of working sessions, both theoretical and practical, related to the corresponding topics. Furthermore, the participation of professionals from the top leading companies and institutions in the country and abroad will provide the participant with varied and enlightening points of view that will lead them through an integral understanding of the industry.

This is a group dynamic in which all the most necessary managerial skills for the profile of Managers / Directors are examined by specialists and psychologists in order to diagnose and develop the responsibilities of the training program. The participants put in practice the knowledge acquired, while making further positive changes in their behavior and attitude, especially by encouraging initiative and promoting teamwork.


The assessment is carried out through the ongoing monitoring of the participant by the teaching staff and the administration of the course, as well as by the preparation of written evidence and papers, required by the different subjects.
