Hotel Sales Management - from Strategy to Tactics

The worldwide Hotel Industry proves, once again, to be particularly vulnerable to the present economic downturn. In these difficult times it is more important than ever to develop a shock and crisis proof Hotel Sales Strategy which is an essential Hotel Business Management tool to anticipate and react to a slow-down in hotel sales and occupation. Experienced professionals and teachers will analyse and discuss several marketing strategies to guarantee the hotels’ survival.


The participation fee of 590 euros per person includes:

  • Lectures (6 teaching hours per day, except Friday)
  • Professional activities and company visits
  • Lodging (6 nights) in double rooms in the Agora BCN - International University Residence (part of the CETT Campus - www.agorabcn.com); arrival Sunday 12 July – departure Saturday 18 July
