This course is designed for professionals with a need to acquire competences and knowledge in the management of the different restaurant business models.

The teaching team and the collaborators who participate in the course are renowned professionals and managers of proven experience in leading companies in the sector. Besides, the course is conducted in collaboration with the Faculty of Pharmacy -University of Barcelona, which enables the design of a complete pedagogical product of the highest standard.
