Reasons to study this master

  • It is the only accredited Masters in Hotel and Catering Management in Spain; it is accredited by the University of Barcelona and gives students access to doctorate studies as well as being internationally recognized.

  • It includes an extensive program of activities which will help you learn about the food and beverage sector firsthand: you will visit Moncho’s food production center, one of the largest restaurant groups in Spain and the 1.000 m2 of the preparation and consumption area and the industrial equipment at the Mobile World Congress, among others.

  • The teaching staff involved in the master’s are recognized professionals with proven experience in leading companies of the sector: Eduard Ávila, COO at Gastrofira will tell you how to organize the food and beverage of the Mobile World Congress and Fabiola Lairet Oliveros, executive owner of Robata and Monster Sushi Barcelona (and one of the Masters ‘alumni) who will tell you how she set up and redesigned her restaurants, both considered among the best Japanese food restaurants in Barcelona.

  • You will be able to do your internship at the best food and beverage establishments in Barcelona: Moncho’s, Te Lo Sirvo Verde, Vilaplana, Escribà Pâtisserie, Koncepts, AN Grup, etc.

  • This Masters places great emphasis on the development of leadership skills; your study program includes a Module on Managing Experiences led by a team of expert psychologists and consultants who will assess your soft skills and will identify your weaknesses and strengths to help you enhance your managerial performance.

  • You will become a multilingual expert in hotel and catering management. This study program is also available taught entirely in English.
