Professional Chef is an Extension diploma (DEU) created at CETT-UB. It’s a training experience characterized by high-performance immersion and focused totally on practice. It’s the way towards accomplishing the dream of transforming your passion for cooking into a future career.

In nine months, you will journey through the basics of traditional Cooking and Baking, arriving to the most innovative culinary techniques. Furthermore, you will learn about the current trends that will make your recipes a market success, with global reach and locally sourced. The whole program is focused on the final project of your own POP-UP Restaurant, which you will be testing it with real clients.
