CETT-UB’s Professional Chef Diploma is aimed at all those with or without experience who wish to become professionals in the world of gastronomy, both in cooking and pastry making.
More specifically, the course is designed to adapt to the needs of the following groups:
- People who, without being kitchen professionals, have a passion for gastronomy and wish to become professionals in the sector.
- Professionals in the restaurant sector without formal training in cooking who wish to obtain a qualification, learn the latest culinary trends, evolve in their work or become chefs.
- Entrepreneurs who wish to open a restaurant business. These students will have access to guidance for their start-up and will be able to continue their training through advanced restaurant business management programmes.
It is not necessary to hold a university qualification (bachelor's, diploma or other degree) to attend this course.
