During three days, the CETT-UB becomes a space that links students that prepare themselves to be a part of the gastronomic sector with cooking professionals, service of restauration sector and gastronomic researchers with a calendar of activities that includes talks, workshops and showcookings as well as tasting of products made by stars of the Restaurant sector.

Living the reality of the professional gastronomy in a pedagogical environtment and puting the students in direct contact with the activities of the protagonists, these are the objectives of the Gastronomy Meetings.
