CETT has developed a pioneering study in the use of digital marketing in the tourism accommodation sector in Catalonia. This pioneering report is the first edition of a publication that will be done annually to analyze the trends in the use of these digital tools. The study was led by Dr. Maria Abellanet, CEO of CETT, Dr. Oriol Anguera-Torrell, director of the CETT-UB Tourist Accommodation and Restoration Research Group and the digital marketing researcher and professor, Claudia Langer.
