The fulfillment of business principles linked to ethics and sustainability in its three dimensions (social, economic and environmental) are vital to business excellence. This research line aims to provide academic knowledge that allows establishing the economic viability of following the business principles related to sustainability, as well as identifying what are the benefits derived both for companies in the hospitality industry and for society in general.
