Providing students with knowledge and skills to be able to:
• Highlight the value of gastronomy resources to create and develop tourism promotion and management projects.
• Understand the phenomena related to gastronomy from the geographic, historical, anthropological, sociological, and economic perspectives, and interpret them in their more global dimension.
• Develop analysis and research projects in the field of gastronomic heritage in order to generate specialized knowledge and transfer it to society.
• Familiarize students with knowledge of the scientific method so they can correctly apply research tools.
