Payment Options

Student may choose one of the following payment options:

SINGLE PAYMENT


Once the registration fee has been paid, the remaining amount of the cost of attendance (taxes excluded) may be paid in full in one payment. Students who pay their tuition fee in one payment receive a 5% discount. Once the registration is completed, the student must contact the Department of Student Administration (1st floor) – administrativamente@cett.cat - and notify that they want to pay in full.
 
Once it has been notified, students may make the payment up until the fist week of September. After this date, no single payments will be accepted. 

New students who register in September may pay in full until de last week of October. 

During October, a bill for the UB Taxes will be charged. Students will be notified in advance by e-mail on the Virtual Campus. For this reason, students must submit the official SEPA document of the school. New students will be provided wit this document at the Registrar’s Office when the registration process is completed. Students must submit the form filled in and signed on the day of enrollment. Students who have already attended a course at the school may request the document through this link or at the Department of Student Administration.  

Students who make changes in enrollment that imply a a modification of the cost of attendance must pay the difference in full in the same conditions. If there is a change in the cost, a second bill will be charged for the tax adjustments of the credits. 

INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLAN 


Once the registration fee has been paid, the remaining amount of the cost of attendance (taxes excluded) may be paid in 10 monthly installments from September to June. New students who enroll in September may pay in 8 or 9 monthly installments depending on the registration date. Bills will be charged directly to the bank account specified for that purpose by the student. For this reason, bank account information should be kept up to date. The installments will be charged during the first week of the month, except for the first one that will be charged mid-September.  

During October, a bill for the UB Taxes will be charged. Students will be notified in advance by e-mail on the Virtual Campus.

Students who make changes in enrollment that imply a modification of the cost of attendance must pay the difference spitted between the remaining installments. If there is a change in the cost, a second bill will be charged for the tax adjustments of the credits. 

If a student graduates in February and would like to request the certificate but have not finished paying the installments, he/she may either contact the Department of student Administration administracio.grupcett@cett.cat in order to pay the remaining amount or request the certificate once all the installments have been settled.
