UB Card

Your UB card has a range of smart-card functions: it has a secure chip that stores and certifies your personal details, verifies your identity for administrative procedures and other University services, and provides access to a range of special benefits in the UB advantages plan.

How to get it:

After you have enrolled, visit any UB campus branch of Banco Santander where your photograph will be taken and you will be issued your university smartcard.

What do I do if my card is damaged, lost or stolen?

If your card is damaged, lost or stolen, or if you have any other problem with your card, contact us by telephone (+34 934 031 398), or by email.

How do I renew my card?

If your UB card has expired, visit any UB campus branch of Banco Santander to renew it.

How do I change my personal details?

Contact the Secretary's Office for Students and Teaching Staff at your faculty or school to notify them of the change.

If your UB card is activated for financial services, you must also notify Banco Santander.
