Immersive technologies: the new driving force of the tourist experience

This year, we explore how immersive technologies are transforming the tourism experience, from planning to the destination experience.

In a tourism ecosystem seeking to differentiate itself, immersive technologies offer new ways to connect with visitors and enrich their experience.

We will analyze the balance between technology, humanity, and sustainability, with special attention to the real impact on the customer journey, the people involved, and local ecosystems.

At a time of transformation in the tourism model, immersive solutions allow us to rethink the experience from a perspective of sustainability, emotion, and personalization.
