At Aula Restaurant, we want our customers to enjoy themselves. That is why we put at your disposition a gastronomic offer designed to make you live a memorable experience at the table. To elaborate the menus, we always consider the time of the year, the seasonal product, and the needs of a modern and demanding service.

You will always find three menus available:

• Experience Menu, where the best produce reflects our work, the culture, and the roots of our local cuisine, as well as from other parts of the world.
• Innovation Menu, in which we present dishes with the most current techniques learned day by day, playing with scents, shapes, colors, and textures.
• Arts de la Table Menu, with which you can choose the main course, but our chefs will surprise you with two appetizers, a first course, and desserts of their choice.

In addition, you can also choose your favorite dishes à la carte.
