CETT Observatory – Program and expert speakers

Program

The programme of each CETT Observatory edition is designed around a current and relevant topic for the tourism, gastronomy and hospitality sectors. It typically brings together experts, policymakers, professionals, researchers and other stakeholders to share knowledge, analyse trends and encourage dialogue from different perspectives.

Sessions may include keynote presentations, panel discussions, research findings and collaborative exchanges aimed at generating reflection and inspiring new approaches to the challenges facing the sector.
