Today, March 8th, we celebrate International Women's Day, a day to reflect on the role of women in society and in our sector. A day we want to seize to renew our institutional commitment to the defense of gender equality, inclusion, and the empowerment of women to build a more fair and sustainable world.

In 2024, the International Women's Day is presented under the theme "Inspire Inclusion", encouraging others to openly understand and accept diversity and collectively forge a more inclusive world for women. In this context, from CETT, we want to emphasize once again that equality runs through all our values: integrity, teamwork, a steadfast commitment to people.

At CETT, we look beyond the immediate horizon and have a perspective on reality that aims to be open, permeable, and inclusive. That's why I am proud of this learning community that inspires us to keep these values alive in the tourism, hospitality, and gastronomy sector. A diverse community made of professionals, students, alumni, businesses, and society.

At the same time, I want to acknowledge the importance of embracing intergenerational diversity to continue advancing in the conquest of our rights as women. This, at CETT, is outlined as one of the fundamental pillars, as it is through collaboration and understanding of different perspectives, knowledge, and experiences that we can build a richer and more equitable future.

From team leadership to talent development, I encourage getting to know and strengthening the talents of each generation. It requires a long, deep, and transversal view. This year, for instance, at CETT, we have initiated the new Strategic Plan 23-26, involving different generations and roles within the organization to promote knowledge exchange and the development of synergies to move towards a transformative and inclusive leadership style.

Thanks to the entire CETT team for your dedication and commitment on this journey towards equality.

Together, we are more.
