"The CETT Talent has its own identity; it's the annual event that we all mark on our calendar."

The 22nd edition of the Career Marketplace CETT Talent took place last February 22nd at the campus facilities. Once again, this fair has established itself as a meeting point between CETT students, alumni, and a wide representation of the business fabric in the tourism, hospitality, and gastronomy sectors.

Enhancing Connection: An Opportunity to Capture Future Talent

The essence of the event lies in fostering connections among all participants. CETT Talent serves as a platform that empowers students to explore all available opportunities. It thus becomes a dynamic space where companies, students, and alumni share experiences, testimonials, knowledge, and future horizons. This year's figures show that CETT Talent registered:

  • 603 candidates, including 533 CETT students and 70 alumni.
  • 81 participating companies and institutions.
  • 159 company representatives.
  • 2,823 personal interviews conducted.
  • 296 opportunities, divided into 199 for internship profiles and 97 for job profiles.

CETT: A Leading Community of Learning and Exploration

Javier de Diego, Corporate and Career Services Director of CETT, highlighted during the event: "CETT Talent is consolidating as the leading job fair in the sector, increasing participation from companies, professionals, and students year after year. Once again, the importance of talent in tourism, hospitality, and gastronomy is demonstrated through growing investment in its attraction and development."

In her speech, Elisabet Ferrer, General Director of CETT, emphasized that CETT Talent, "one of CETT's flagship events," contributes to the institute's fundamental purpose: "to be a leading community of learning and exploration where responsible talent that will build the future of the industry is forged."

"CETT Talent now has its own identity; it's the annual event that we all mark on our calendar. It aims to be the space to connect talent, promote employability, and enhance the professional development of our students and alumni," said the General Director, closing the business luncheon.
