Gastrosense

Gastrosense project has the goal to model a multisensory system to encode the elements of architecture and interior design in the gastronomic context with a clear premise: to design gastronomic spaces that not only satisfy functional needs, but are also focused on physiological, emotional and cognitive needs of clients and workers. The project integrates computational neuroscience technology, which allows real-time insights into users' neurological, physiological and environmental responses. These data collected in a non-invasive way allow dynamic adaptations with the objective of enhancing the gastronomic experience.
The project has consisted of two different phases. First, an analysis of the current situation followed by the compilation of data. After the analysis, structural and environmental physical changes were implemented with the objective of enhancing the customer experience. Following a second phase of testing and data collection, an impact analysis was conducted.
