If you want to improve your career position, identify your skills, or give a new boost to your professional path, we can support you.

We are launching a new professional guidance and individualised advisory service through the PROJECTA’T programme, in collaboration with the Consorcio de Formación Continua of Catalonia, with the aim of helping professionals in the tourism, hospitality, gastronomy, events and leisure sectors achieve their career goals and development needs.

Thanks to the guidance sessions with our team of psychologists, career advisors and industry experts, we will work together to:

PROJECTA’T Programme Details

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Cost: Free of charge, 100% subsidised
  • Session format: On-site (CETT) or online
  • Session duration: Approximately 1 hour per session
  • Number of sessions: According to each participant’s needs. Minimum of 2 sessions, with no maximum limit.

What are the requirements to receive this subsidized guidance?

BE AN ACTIVE EMPLOYEE IN CATALONIA

  • Self-employed, indefinite contract, fixed-term contract, ERTE situation, special labor relations... in an employment position in the region of Catalonia, related to the sectors of expertise of the CETT: tourism / hotel / gastronomy / leisure.

TRAINING OR OCCUPIED POSITION RELATED TO THE SECTOR

  • Having completed or currently enrolled in an academic program related to the sectors: tourism, hospitality, gastronomy, leisure, or events (at any educational institution).

    and/or

  • Currently working in one of the mentioned sectors, without the need for related academic training.
  • Currently working in another sector but interested in transitioning to the mentioned sectors.

PROVIDE INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION

  • Provide personal data and data of the company with whom you have the contractual relationship. These data are regulated by the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) in order to verify the active relationship between the worker and the company.

Information and Guidance Point (PIO) for the Professional Competence Accreditation Service

If you have work experience and/or non-official training, the accreditation of professional competences is an excellent way to gain formal recognition for everything you have learned. This procedure enables you to demonstrate the knowledge and skills acquired throughout your professional career and obtain an official accreditation.

Registration is free and open throughout the year.

What we offer

As an Information and Guidance Point (PIO) of the Professional Competence Accreditation Service, we provide:
