RESKILL - Revolución competencial

Reskill Revolution is an inclusive EU project with 8 partners and 15 affiliated entities, aiming to build a training ecosystem for adult education in tourism. 

It focuses on enhancing green and digital skills to support EU initiatives like the Labor Shortages Action Plan and the European Skills Agenda. The project develops skill assessments, sustainability tools for SMEs, and micro-trainings across non-formal, VET, and HE levels, covering areas such as leadership, intrapreneurship, and soft skills.

A training platform will offer resources for job seekers, career changers, vulnerable groups, and employed individuals seeking upskilling. Pilots—both in-person and online—will inform platform development, alongside a mentoring and validation system for micro-courses. 

The project also builds a sustainable network to ensure long-term impact, inviting universities and organizations to join. Outputs include future skills maps, assessment tools, case studies, a blueprint of the ecosystem, and validated micro-courses.
