Comprehensive administrative management through digital tools and automation systems
The Advanced Vocational Training Diploma in Administration and Finance at CETT is a two-year official qualification designed to prepare students to organise, manage and carry out administrative operations in the commercial, employment, accounting, tax and financial areas of an organisation.
Graduates can develop their careers in large companies, small and medium-sized enterprises across all sectors, particularly in the service industry, as well as in public administrations, performing administrative management and advisory tasks in labour, commercial, accounting and tax departments.
Within the CETT learning environment, this programme is strengthened by a specific focus on the use of generative artificial intelligence, applied to the automation of administrative tasks and processes, providing students with skills aligned with current business needs.
The programme follows a learning-by-doing methodology, based on business simulation, which encourages practical and cross-functional learning across all areas of an organisation. Students will also obtain the official certification in the administrative management software used during the programme.
The programme promotes values such as sustainability and fosters transversal skills including communication, teamwork and problem-solving. Through a practical and innovative approach and the application of learning in real projects, this training prepares students for high-quality employability in a global and increasingly digitalised labour market.

Official Vocational Training Qualification in Administration and Finance
Advanced Technician in Administration and Finance, an official qualification awarded by the Departament d’Educació de la Generalitat de Catalunya, together with CETT’s own certification in administrative management software.
The qualification is currently pending official authorisation.

Erasmus+: Access to Europe’s flagship academic exchange programme, both within the European Union and with other associated European countries.
Xarxa FP: This network of European cities, of which the Barcelona City Council is a member, supports the diversification and enrichment of students’ educational pathways.
Collaborative projects: Direct agreements, strategic partnerships and joint projects with other European institutions (such as Taste Europe on the Go with Helsinki, Breda and Bardolino).
International internships: You can also complete a professional internship placement in companies across Europe after finishing your studies.
Internships in companies
Practical training is the core of this programme. It takes place both in the classroom and through company internships, with additional opportunities to take part in other activities or international programmes.
Thanks to the support of the Career Services team, students can choose from more than 1,000 partner companies with which CETT has collaboration agreements.
- In the general pathway, you will complete 515 hours of internships in partner companies, supervised jointly by CETT and the host organisation.
- The aim is to complement and consolidate knowledge, skills and technical competencies through hands-on experience in real companies within the sector and across different types of organisations.

How to enrol in the Advanced Vocational Training Diploma in Administration and Finance

2. PERSONAL INTERVIEW
After completing the place reservation, the Academic Office will contact the student to arrange the date and time for an online personal interview.

3. ENROLMENT*
Deadline: end of July
The Academic Office will contact the student to arrange the date and time to complete the enrolment process and submit the required documentation.
*Students who have reserved a place but do not complete their enrolment within this period will lose their allocated place and the amount paid.
Once the enrolment period has ended, please contact the centre to check place availability.
