Furthermore, the participation of professionals from the top leading companies and institutions in the country and abroad will provide the participant with varied and enlightening points of view that will lead them through an integral understanding of the industry.
Our learning model includes:
Management Program and Internship Program
This is a group dynamic in which all the most necessary managerial skills for the profile of managers and directors are examined by specialists and psychologists in order to diagnose and develop the responsibilities of the training program.
The participants put in practice the knowledge acquired, while making further positive changes in their behavior and attitude, especially by encouraging initiative and promoting teamwork.
The evaluation is carried out through the ongoing monitoring of the participant by the teaching staff and the administration of the course, as well as by the preparation of written evidence and papers, required by the different subjects.
