Objectives of the higher technician
- Develop effective marketing strategies: train students to analyze market opportunities, plan commercial actions and implement strategies adapted to the needs of each company.
- Integrate the use of Artificial Intelligence: apply Artificial Intelligence tools for data analysis, personalization of strategies and optimization of marketing and advertising processes.
- Create and manage advertising and communication campaigns: design advertising materials in various media, using graphic, audiovisual and digital design techniques.

The main thematic blocks of the Higher Technician in Marketing and Advertising are as follows
1st course
- It focuses on establishing a solid foundation in marketing, communication and business management.
- Combines theory with practical application in modules essential to understanding the fundamentals of the industry: financial management, marketing policies and the media.
- Event organization and public relations, taught in English, are introduced to enhance students' international competence.
- Commercial research and customer service skills, which are key to identifying opportunities and managing professional relationships, are also worked on.
- 2 integrated modules in English.
- The Neuromarketing in Events and Entertainment Module will bring innovation and specialization to the program.
2nd course
- The second course is oriented to the advanced practical application of the knowledge acquired, with a strong emphasis on new technologies and communication.
- Modules such as Digital Marketing and Design and Development of Communication Material (taught in English) are introduced, preparing students for digital and international environments.
- Specific competencies in product and service launching (also in English) and field work in commercial research are worked on, combining theoretical analysis with practical market studies.
- The course culminates with the Intermodular Project, which integrates all areas of the program, allowing students to demonstrate their capabilities in a real project.
- The second year reinforces transversal skills and consolidates the preparation for a quality labor insertion, oriented to the current needs of the sector.

Erasmus+: you have access to the European academic exchange program par excellence, within the Union and also with other European partner countries.
Xarxa FP: this network of European cities of which Barcelona City Council is a member facilitates the diversification and enrichment of student training.
Collaborating projects: these are direct agreements, strategic partnerships and shared projects with other European institutions (such as Taste Europe on the Go with Helsinki, Breda and Bardolino).
International interships: you can also do a professional internship in companies all over Europe once you have finished your studies.
Internships and jobs
Practical training is the core of this cycle. It is articulated both in the classroom and in company internships, with options to participate in other activities or in international programs.
Thanks to the Career Services team, you will be able to choose among the more than 1,000 companies with which CETT has collaboration agreements.

- In the general modality you will carry out 510 hours of internships in companies with a collaboration agreement, supervised by CETT-UB and the work center itself.

- In the intensive training there will be 900 hours of internships in workplaces and in two of CETT's own application companies (Hotel Alimara and Residencia Àgora BCN).

*Students who have reserved a place and do not register within this period will lose the assigned place and the amount paid.

- Beca Talent for new access to training courses in cooking and restaurant services and degrees.
