The Final Degree Project is a research or application project that represents all the learning acquired during the studies. It reflects the skills acquired, their application and practical development. You can choose from four types of dissertations:
You will do a research project adapted to your interests, combining your idea with the experience and tutoring of the teaching team.
You will develop a business idea and explore the real possibilities of viability. An opportunity to experience a real company or case study.
You can participate in one of the following CETT research groups: Tourism Accommodation and Catering, Tourism, Culture and Territory, or Cuisine and Gastronomy.
The TFG will allow you to work with companies, organizations and national or international institutions, through applied research or the development of a project.
CETT has its own experiential learning methodology in 4 phases. It is a system that fosters leadership skills and is characterized by personalized attention.
Preparation before each training session by reading a bibliography on the concepts, viewing multimedia material, etc.
Classroom development through the guidance of the teacher, active learning through cases and models, generating debate among the students.
Sessions to put knowledge into practice with critical analysis and project development, contrasting ideas with professionals in the sector.
Assimilate learning by reflecting on and applying knowledge in the different areas of the degree.
The CETT has a preference for face-to-face classes and continuous evaluation because it develops a didactic methodology, which is based on the one hand on challenge-based learning and, on the other hand, on the development of entrepreneurial projects.
You can choose between two different types of evaluations:
It consists of assessing the work and the acquisition of competencies and skills carried out by the students throughout the course.
In special circumstances, students who, for justified reasons, cannot attend classes regularly, may opt for this other evaluation method, consisting of a semester evaluation test.
