Gastrorecup 2025 at the CETT Aula Restaurant

For the third year in a row, CETT joins the Gastrorecup initiative, promoted by the Catalan Government’s Department of Climate Action, Food and Rural Agenda to raise awareness about food waste.
On October 29, 2025, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m., the CETT Aula Restaurant will offer a lunch made with recovered food —perfectly edible but discarded due to aesthetic reasons or surplus. The menu will be a surprise and cannot be chosen, encouraging a mindful and sustainable dining experience.
