Neurodesign and AI to Reinvent the Tourism Experience

10 June 2025

This event introduces a new approach that combines neuroarchitecture and artificial intelligence to transform the tourism experience. Based on a scientific and technological design perspective, real-world cases will be presented that have improved the interaction between customers, spaces, and staff, with positive impacts on user well-being and business competitiveness.

The session will highlight the benefits of Evidence-Based Design, using measurement and analysis tools to understand how space influences perception, emotional response, and behavior. Two case studies will be presented: the redesign of chök’s gastronomic retail spaces and the transformation of areas within the Hotel Alimara.
