• Master preservation techniques by performing operations that ensure the integrity and quality of pastry pre-preparations and finished products, applying the appropriate techniques and storage conditions for each type of product.
• Carry out basic maintenance and necessary adjustments on machinery, molds, and utensils used in baking and pastry making to maintain operational efficiency and safety in the work area.
• Identify and evaluate the properties and qualities of raw materials in bakery and pastry, understanding their impact and applications at each stage of the production process, optimizing the reception, storage, and preparation of ingredients and auxiliary materials.
