Thanks to our Official Master's Degree in Hotel and Food and Beverage Management, you will acquire the personal and professional skills to lead and manage future hotel and restaurant companies.

At the CETT-UB we are aware of the new challenges we’re currently facing due to digital transformation, new environmental legislation, globalization, and the latest management trends. Blended Mode

Our program has the advantage of also being offered in a blended mode in addition to on-site. Thanks to this blended model, you will study 70 % of the program remotely and 30 % face-to-face. The face-to-face sessions will take place at the end of the course through an academic stay in Barcelona. You will interact personally with teachers, classmates and visit leading companies and leaders in the fields of hospitality and catering. All this is part of a unique academic experience enjoying the city of Barcelona.

Finally, it is a university degree that brings together a part of a Master's degree in restaurant management with that of a Master's degree in hotel management. Besides, during the course, you will extend and specialize in any of the two areas.

Methodolgy and Assesment

The Master's Degree has its own learning system in which you will be the center of the learning process. You will learn thanks to your active participation in the classroom through learning by doing and interaction among students, or own methodologies such as CBL and PBL.
