IV Latin American Congress on Research in Hospitality and Restaurant Management
10-12 November 2025
From November 10 to 12, 2025, Cancún will become the epicenter of hospitality knowledge.
Anáhuac Cancún University will host the fourth edition of the Latin American Congress on Research in Hospitality and Restaurant Management, a free academic event in hybrid format that will bring together researchers, professionals, and students from the sector.
With a special focus on sustainability —environmental, social, and economic— the congress will feature keynote lectures, round tables, and research presentations aimed at strengthening the competitiveness and responsibility of the hospitality and gastronomy industry in Latin America.
📢 Call for abstracts! Second submission round
Do you have research that contributes to the development of the sector? Share it! Submit your anonymous abstract (max. 300 words) in Spanish by August 15, 2025. Proposals will be peer-reviewed, and accepted authors will be notified on September 15, 2025.
This event can be followed in person in Cancun or via streaming.
