A unique event where the 5 best Impossible Dishes, created by students of the Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary and Gastronomic Sciences, are cooked live in front of an exclusive audience of top-level chefs, R&D managers, and food industry researchers.
Making the impossible possible
At the beginning of the course, students define an impossibility:
dishes that break the laws of physics, technique, and perception.
Radical ideas and bold concepts that initially seem like pure madness.
Through a creative, experimental, and rigorous process, these challenges become real gastronomic creations, defended before an expert jury.
