Entrepreneurship project
You will develop a business idea and explore the real possibilities of viability. An opportunity to experience a real company or case study.
Participation in a research group
You can participate in one of the following CETT research groups: Tourism Accommodation and Catering, Tourism, Culture and Territory, or Cuisine and Gastronomy.
Project with real companies

You will connect with the industry from day one through events, conferences, our employability fair, and training activities. And if you have an entrepreneurial spirit, we will provide you with the tools to take part in projects that will help you develop your initiative, creativity, and leadership skills.

Evaluation
The CETT has a preference for face-to-face classes and continuous evaluation because it develops a didactic methodology, which is based on the one hand on challenge-based learning and, on the other hand, on the development of entrepreneurial projects.
You can choose between two different types of evaluations:
Continuous evaluation
It consists of assessing the work and the acquisition of competencies and skills carried out by the students throughout the course.
Single evaluation
In special circumstances, students who, for justified reasons, cannot attend classes regularly, may opt for this other evaluation method, consisting of a semester evaluation test.
