GIVAH -Generative Immersive Systems for Experience - Driven and Adaptive Co-Design in the Hospitality Industry

GIVAH (Generative Immersive Systems for Experience-Driven and Adaptive Co-Design in the Hospitality Industry) is a collaborative R&D project that investigates new digital tools based on generative artificial intelligence, immersive environments and spatial computing to transform the way hospitality and restaurant spaces are designed. The project aims to create an advanced technological co-creation environment that allows designers, operators, manufacturers and other agents in the sector to explore, visualize and validate concepts of spaces and experiences in a collaborative way and in real time.

Through this platform, GIVAH seeks to accelerate the design and prototyping processes of hotel and gastronomic spaces, reducing costs and development times and facilitating decision-making based on data and immersive simulations. The project also investigates how AI can generate scenarios, space configurations and experiential narratives adapted to different contexts of use.

Within the framework of the project, CETT-UB participates as a Living Lab in the hospitality sector, providing expert knowledge in hotel and gastronomic management and facilitating real environments for the validation of the solutions developed. This approach allows analyzing the impact of new technologies on the experience of customers and professionals, as well as on the operational efficiency of the spaces.

GIVAH contributes to promoting digitalization, collaborative innovation and sustainability in the design of tourist spaces, strengthening the competitiveness of the sector and opening up new opportunities for the integration of immersive technologies and artificial intelligence in the hospitality industry.
