CETT has three research groups that act as a cornerstone of tourism, hospitality, and gastronomy knowledge. Our teaching and research staff develops and collaborates in these groups' research and knowledge transfer projects. These groups are TURCiT - Research Group in Tourism, Culture, and Territory; GRATiR - Research Group in Tourism Accommodation and Food Service industries and GRCiG - Research Group in Cuisine and Gastronomy.
