Multiplier Event GreenHost

Thursday April 9th, 2026
10:00am to 2:00pm

On April 9th, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., CETT will host the Multiplier Event of the European GreenHost project, a day designed to disseminate the project’s progress and share best practices in sustainability and digitalisation applied to tourism, hospitality, and foodservice.

Who is it for?

The event is especially aimed at faculty and industry professionals interested in the green and digital transition of the sector, but it is also open to students who want to discover innovative initiatives, real cases, and collaboration opportunities related to sustainable tourism.

What is the GreenHost project?

GreenHost is a European project funded by the Erasmus+ CoVE programme that promotes the green and digital transformation of the tourism and hospitality sector. Its objective is to integrate sustainable and digital practices into professional and university education, and to strengthen the skills of students, professionals, and trainers to address the sector’s current challenges: the shortage of qualified staff and the urgent need to adopt more sustainable models.

The project brings together 19 organisations from 7 European countries, working collaboratively to create new training materials, promote the exchange of best practices, facilitate international training placements, and establish a network connecting educational institutions, businesses, and industry stakeholders. Its mission is to prepare future professionals to manage tourism services and accommodations with criteria of efficiency, environmental responsibility, digitalisation, and innovation.
