The 5th edition of the Tourist Talent Management (TTM) forum is already here, organised by the Climent Guitart Foundation, Jordi Comas Matamala Foundation and CETT Foundation, this annual event brings together professionals, institutions and young talent to discuss the key challenges in tourism talent management.
This event will be mostly in Catalan and maybe some Spanish.
The challenge of aligning personal purpose with professional purpose
The 2026 edition focuses on how the meaning of work is evolving and on the expectations of new generations. The programme features keynote talks, debates and case studies addressing purpose-driven work, organisational culture, and human-centred leadership.
The CETT will play a significant role with the presentation of “The Voice of Young Talent”, a study prepared by students of the Bachelor’s Degree in International Hotel Management, who will share the values and motivations that shape their professional aspirations.
