The Introduction to Wine and Sommelier Culture Course offers a first immersion into the world of wine through a face-to-face, practical and hands-on learning experience. In just 36 hours, you will acquire the essential knowledge to understand wine, interpret its characteristics and appreciate it from a more informed and professional perspective.
Throughout the course, you will explore the fundamentals of viticulture, winemaking, wine tasting, service, food pairing and wine geography, combining theoretical knowledge with practical sessions that allow you to learn by doing.
By the end of the course, you will have acquired the knowledge and skills needed to understand wine from a practical and professional perspective.
