Within the framework of the NUTSTRUM project, with the aim of differentiating and enhancing the versatility and quality of organic almond varieties grown by the cooperative's producers, those varieties with the greatest commercial potential from an organoleptic perspective will be identified.
Nine elaborations were designed, taking into account the sensory profile of each variety, thus enhancing their organoleptic qualities.
