We believe you learn best through experience.

And if you have an entrepreneurial spirit, we will provide you with the tools to take part in projects that will help you develop your initiative, creativity, and leadership skills.

Soft skills for the real world

You will develop the soft skills that the industry demands and that will make you stand out in your professional career. CETT Alumni are recognized for their proactivity, initiative, vocation, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.

CETT DNA: values, vision, and purpose

The identity and values of CETT are reflected throughout every stage of the learning process. An international outlook, a humanistic vision, ethics, passion for the industry, and the pursuit of excellence will define your journey at CETT.

Methodology

The CETT has its own experiential learning methodology consisting of four phases. This system fosters leadership competencies and is characterized by personalized attention.

Introduction

Previous preparation for each training session by reading bibliography on the concepts, viewing multimedia material, etc.

Assimilation

Classroom development through the teacher's guidance, active learning through cases and models, generating debate among the students.

Application

Conducting sessions to put knowledge into practice with critical analysis and project development, contrasting ideas with professionals in the sector.

Consolidation

Assimilate learning by reflecting and applying knowledge in the different areas of the degree.

Evaluation

The CETT has a preference for face-to-face classes and continuous evaluation because it develops a didactic methodology, which is based on the one hand on challenge-based learning, and on the other hand, on the development of entrepreneurial projects.

You can choose between two different types of evaluations:

Continuous evaluation

It consists of assessing the work and the acquisition of competencies and skills carried out by the students throughout the course.

Single evaluation

In special circumstances, students who, for justified reasons, are unable to attend classes regularly, may opt for this other evaluation method, consisting of a semester evaluation test.

Quality

CETT is the ideal partner for companies and institutions that consider the recruitment of professional talent as a strategic axis of development.

Through the support of experts, the implementation of projects, and the development of specialized actions, we add value to companies in talent selection processes by providing them with dynamic environments that facilitate the incorporation of the most suitable professionals for their needs.
