Don’t graduate with just a Master’s degree. Graduate with your own market-validated startup.
In an increasingly uncertain, digital, and global professional environment, organizations no longer need only good managers: they need profiles capable of identifying opportunities, structuring ideas with rigor, and transforming them into viable and sustainable initiatives.
This master’s program is born from a fundamental question:
What if, instead of analyzing other people’s projects, you developed your own from day one?
The University Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Project Development is designed for students to build their own initiative—or drive a strategic project within an organization—by going through the real cycle of startup creation and development.
There are no simulations.
There are no isolated exercises.
Every concept is applied immediately and progressively to the student’s own project.
The result is a learning experience that integrates knowledge, real validation, and execution capability, enabling the transformation of an idea into a structured, tested project ready for launch.
Who is the CETT-UB University Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Project Development aimed at?
This master’s program is designed for individuals who do not want to limit themselves to executing other people’s ideas, but rather aim to drive their own initiatives or lead projects with autonomy and sound judgment.

What makes the CETT-UB University Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Project Development different?
This master’s degree is not designed to analyze existing projects, but to build your own from day one.
Its uniqueness is not based on a single element, but on an integrated academic structure that combines a real project, a structured methodology, professional mentoring, and international perspective.
Its differentiation is based on five pillars:
-
1. The project is the central axis
The student does not work on theoretical cases or simulations.
From day one, they develop their own initiative, which evolves throughout the program into a structured and viable project. The project is not just another subject: it is the common thread that integrates all modules and structures the assessment. This eliminates the usual fragmentation between subjects and enables real, cumulative progression.
-
2. Methodology based on the real creation cycle
The master’s program replicates the real process of developing an initiative:
Opportunity identification
Validation with real users
Prototyping
Business model
Go-to-market strategyEach phase has clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
-
3. Academic rigor with practical execution
Combines:
- Official university structure (60 ECTS)
- Agile, action-oriented methodologies
This ensures conceptual robustness and real execution capacity.
-
4. Evidence-based assessment system
The assessment system is not primarily based on traditional exams, but on progressive evidence linked to the project:
Real validations with users or clients
Functional prototypes
Structured business model
Professional pitch
Cumulative project progressThe assessment reflects the real development of the initiative and the student’s ability to make informed decisions in uncertain contexts.
-
5. International dimension
The program culminates in an experience within an international innovation ecosystem, where the project is tested in a global and highly demanding environment.
This is not a conventional academic mobility experience, but a natural extension of the project, allowing it to be validated in other markets, expand the professional network, and incorporate a global strategic perspective.
The master’s program offers the opportunity to engage with leading ecosystems such as Silicon Valley, Barcelona, London, or Paris—environments where innovation is structural and connected to top-tier startups, investors, and tech hubs.

Methodology and assessment
The methodology of the master’s program is based on an active, applied, and progressive learning model, with the student’s own project as the backbone of the entire learning process.
The program combines academic rigor with a structured methodological framework that replicates the real cycle of developing an entrepreneurial initiative, ensuring alignment between theory, practice, and assessment.
Project-Based Learning
From day one, each student works on their own idea or an initiative to be developed, which evolves throughout the entire program.
Theoretical content is not presented in isolation, but is immediately applied to the project, generating a direct transfer between knowledge and execution.
Structured phase-based cycle
The program is organized into progressive phases:
- Opportunity exploration and definition
- Validation and testing
- Prototyping
- Business model
- Go-to-market strategy
Each phase includes specific objectives, defined deliverables, and opportunities for strategic feedback, ensuring the project’s cumulative development.
Agile and iterative methodologies
Tools and approaches from contemporary innovation environments are applied:
- Sprint-based work
- Continuous validation
- Iterative learning
- Critical review of results
This allows the project to evolve progressively based on evidence.
Connection with the professional environment
The methodology incorporates a structured connection with the business and entrepreneurial ecosystem through:
- Sessions with active professionals
- Participation of companies as testing environments
- Specialized mentoring
- Qualified external feedback
The objective is to expose the project to real market criteria, complementing academic supervision with a business-oriented perspective.
Assessment integrated into the process
Assessment is not based exclusively on final exams, but on:
- Progressive deliverables
- Evidence of learning
- Project evolution
- Ability to apply knowledge
Each phase generates tangible outcomes that form part of the overall assessment..
International experience
The methodology culminates in testing the project within an international innovation ecosystem, fostering a global perspective and the ability to adapt.
San Francisco: immersion in the world’s leading innovation ecosystem
The program’s preferred pathway is an immersion stay in the entrepreneurial ecosystem of San Francisco, a globally leading environment in venture development and project launch.
The stay, lasting between 1 and 3 months, can be carried out through the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) program or through other international collaboration mechanisms.
This experience allows the project to be exposed to a highly demanding environment, with direct contact with startups, mentors, host companies, and the dynamics of global innovation ecosystems.
Other immersion pathways: If it is not possible to undertake the stay in San Francisco due to external factors (selection processes, availability of host companies, administrative or visa requirements), the master’s program activates equivalent pathways that ensure the same level of rigor and professional validation. These may include:
- Participation in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program in European countries
- International stays linked to specific CETT-UB agreements
- Project development in international innovation and coworking hubs
- Integration into sector-specific ecosystems with an international outlook
In all cases, students develop their project in a real-world validation environment, with academic supervision and specialized mentoring.
Un modelo de inmersión estructurado
The international dimension of the University Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Project Development is not conceived as a conventional academic mobility, but as a strategic phase of entrepreneurial immersion integrated into the development of the project.
The objective is not simply to move to another country, but to expose the project to an international innovation ecosystem, test it against global criteria, and raise the level of professional rigor.
This immersion is part of the program’s methodological model and represents the culmination of the creation process initiated from day one.
