“From Catalonia, with sweetness”
CETT joins the Erasmus Days with the webinar “From Catalonia, with sweetness”. This online session, created and organized jointly by CETT students, faculty, and the International Office, offered a unique insight into Catalonia’s rich tradition of pastry and desserts combining cultural heritage with contemporary gastronomic innovation.
The event, aimed at students and lecturers from CETT-UB’s partner institutions around the world, was an ideal opportunity for those interested in gastronomy, tourism, and international exchanges to discover new learning perspectives.
Through the workshop “From Catalonia, with sweetness,” participants learned about panellets, the star dessert of traditional Catalan pastry during autumn. The session highlighted the role of culinary traditions in shaping our cultural identity and connected with the core Erasmus+ values: diversity, inclusion, and shared learning.
