CETT Fundació Entrepreneurship Day 2026

Organized by CETT Fundació with the support of the Barcelona Provincial Council (Diputació de Barcelona), the Entrepreneurship Day is an annual event that promotes entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, and the creation of new projects across the tourism, hospitality, gastronomy, and restaurant sectors.

The event brings together students, alumni, professionals, companies, and entrepreneurs to exchange experiences, discover initiatives with transformative potential, and reflect on the challenges and opportunities of entrepreneurship in the industry.

In addition, the event serves as the stage for the final phase of the CETT Fundació Entrepreneurial Projects Awards, an initiative that recognizes and showcases innovative projects. During the event, finalist teams will present their ideas in a pitch format before a specialized jury and the audience before the winning projects are announced.

The programme will also feature presentations of entrepreneurship-oriented academic projects, inspiring conversations with entrepreneurs connected to the CETT community, and a session focused on personal development and emotional wellbeing, key factors in successfully facing the challenges of entrepreneurship.

Presentation of Bachelor's Degree Final Projects, Master's Degree Final Projects and Vocational Training Final Projects with an entrepreneurial focus, recognised during the 2025-2026 academic year. Led by Dr. Oriol Anguera-Torrell, Director of Research at CETT-UB.

• Librada Morales. Graduate in Digital Business and Innovation, presenting Tech & Life Seville / T&L Seville, an innovative flexible accommodation and corporate coliving proposal designed to address the emerging mobility needs of talent and businesses.
• Lucía Rascón, Martina Jansà and Olívia Llevat. Graduates of the Higher Vocational Training Programme in Travel Agencies and Event Management, presenting IMPACTA, a travel agency specialised in regenerative tourism that transforms travel into experiences with a positive impact on destinations, local communities and travellers.

10:15 a.m.
Conversation "Learning from mistakes" moderated by Helena Pérez Pérez, master's coordinator, professor and researcher at CETT-UB.

• Pol Gonzalez Ogazon, founder of Tort. A graduate in Culinary and Gastronomic Sciences from CETT-UB and an entrepreneur specialised in consumer brand creation. Through Tort, Pol leads an innovative project linked to the gastronomy sector, bringing a creative and entrepreneurial vision to the industry.
• Josep Marsal, co-founder of InRoom, a technology startup specialised in improving the guest experience through the automation of hotel communications via WhatsApp throughout the entire guest journey. He also leads Infuse Creation, a technology consultancy focused on process automation and artificial intelligence solutions for companies and public administrations. InRoom has been recognised in leading entrepreneurial and technology ecosystems such as CETT Emprèn, Mobile World Congress and TIS Seville.

Presentation of the finalist projects of the 27th CETT Fundació Entrepreneurial Projects Awards.

Audience Award voting.

11:30 a.m.
Inspirational keynote on well-being, personal development and entrepreneurial skills by Elena Puig Guitart, health psychologist and specialist in mindfulness and communication.

12:00 p.m.
Awards ceremony and announcement of the winning projects.

12:20 p.m.
Closing remarks.

The event hosts the final presentations of the projects selected for the CETT Fundació Entrepreneurial Projects Awards, an initiative that promotes the development of innovative ideas and fosters an entrepreneurial culture within the tourism, hospitality, gastronomy, and restaurant sectors.

During the event, finalists will pitch their projects before a panel of experts and the audience, who will also take part in selecting the People's Choice Award winner. The winning projects will be announced during the closing ceremony.
